GENERAL SKIN CARE-
Neem oil has countless benefits for the skin.
Mix a few drops of Neem Oil with Aloe Vera gel, a carrier oil or your favourite skincare product and apply to the skin to moisturise, heal and treat the skin.
It is easy to add 100% Pure Neem Oil to your favourite lotion, shampoo or conditioner, or apply a few drops daily directly on dry or damaged skin.
You can also mix a few drops of neem oil with aloe vera gel (please see our store), which also will be soothing to irritated skin. Neem Oil can also be mixed with any carrier oil.
Neem oil can also be added to a warm bath to treat larger areas of the body.
HAIR- Massage a few drops of oil into your scalp and hair. Let it sit for an hour or so and wash it out. You can also dilute Neem Oil with your favourite carrier oil and add essential oils to mask the odour.
Alternatively add a small amount of Neem Oil to your shampoo and conditioner.
ECZEMA- Apply daily to dry and affected areas to assist with the relief of symptoms. Use Sparingly. Can be used directly or mixed with other skincare products. Skin may redden on first use as it brings symptoms to the fore before breaking them down.
SCARRING- Apply daily. Can be mixed 50/50 with a carrier oil of your choice such as castor oil.
BURNS- Apply direct to injury daily until healed.
BITES AND SCRATCHES- Can be used to treat a variety of bites and scratches. Such as ants, blue bottles and stings. Apply to effected area for immediate relief.
HEAD LICE- Apply directly to hair and scalp and leave for 30 minutes. Use a nit comb to rid the hair of dead lice and nits and rinse/ shampoo out.
SPRAY FOR PLANTS- Neem Oil may be applied to plants as a foliar spray. Mix 1 tsp. Per 1 Litre of water, plus ½ tsp. mild liquid dish soap as an emulsifier. Shake well. Spray the solution generously on all leaf surfaces, including the underside and the stem. Apply early morning or late afternoon. Do not apply Neem Oil in direct sunlight. Repeat 7 days after initial spraying and as necessary thereafter. Always spot test plants first for sensitivity to sprays and consult a plant expert to ensure this will suit your plants.
SPRAY FOR DOGS, HORSES AND CATTLE- Follow the directions as above . Can also be used in their wash or as a final rinse against lice, itch and rashes.
TICKS AND FLEAS ON YOUR PET? Many owners of dogs and cattle have used Neem Seed Oil directly on ticks with positive results.
The above is for information purposes only. Please do your own research on Neem Oil and the specific use case you are intending to use it for. Always consult the relevant professional prior to use to ensure the suitability of this product for you, your pet or your plants.
STORAGE:
Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children. Keep out of direct sunlight. Pure Neem oil will solidify at low temperatures. This can make it difficult to get out of the bottle. If this happens, sit the bottle upright in a container of warm water until melted.

Do not inhale. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
As with any new product that you may use, consult your health care practitioner should you have any reactions, health concerns, illnesses, pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not use if pregnant or intending to become pregnant. It is recommended you do a small test patch on your arm prior to use to ensure you do not have any reactions (this is a recommendation with any new product you apply to your skin just as a precaution). If within 24-48 hours hours you don’t develop any signs of an allergic reaction — such as redness or swelling — it should be safe to use the oil on other areas of your body.
Neem oil is safe but extremely potent. It may cause an adverse reaction in someone with sensitive skin or a skin disorder such as eczema.
When using Neem Oil for the first time, start by trying a small, diluted amount on a small area of your skin, away from your face. If redness or itching develop, you may wish to further dilute the oil or avoid using it completely.
