Directions for Use
Mix, shake or blend 30g (approx. 3 heaped tablespoons) with 150ml of your favourite beverage and consume immediately. Consume 1-3 servings daily, depending on you daily dietary requirements as advised by a healthcare professional. Close packaging immediately after use.
