Method

  1. Bloom Gutsy Gummies mix by adding the water to the gelatin in a jug and mix until you have an even texture.
  2. Warm the coconut milk either in a saucepan, on the stove or in a microwave.
  3. Mix coconut milk into the bloomed gelatin and stir until dissolved.
  4. Pour into molds and set in the fridge for 2 hours or until the gummies are set.

Method

  1. Add Gutsy Gummies mix and Veggie Hero to a jug.
  2. Bloom Gutsy Gummies by adding the water to the powders and mix until you have an even texture.
  3. Warm the orange juice either in a saucepan, the stove or in a microwave.
  4. Add the juice to the jug mixture and stir until dissolved.
  5. Pour into molds and set in the fridge for 2 hours or until the gummies are set.

Servings: Makes 12 gummies
Ready in: 10 minutes + 2hrs setting

FAQs

 

How many gummies is a serve when using these molds? 

One preparation of our Gutsy Gummies (which is 50g of powder + 350ml of water) is enough to fill up all three of our gummy mold trays with some left over. (It would actually fill up a fourth tray of the same size).

The strawberry mold gummies weigh an average of 13.4g. So that means one 60g serve would be approximately 4½ gummies.

The blue mold gummies weigh an average of 15g. So that means one 60g serve is 4 gummies.

The orange mold gummies weigh an average of 21.8g. So that means one 60g serve would be approximately 3 gummies.
